Living in exile at the borders of the inhabited world, in the heart of the artic desert named Spitzberg, minors, most of them (came) from Ukraine, live and work at Barentsburg, a russian mining city once built by the soviets as a USSR showroom.
In this utopian failed city, the inhabitants are the last survivors of a fallen dream. Sheltered from the world and History, they are living in a suspended time.
